Three Farmers
Spring and summer can be an exciting time for trying new and fresh foods. On Q recently secured some media hits that allowed Three Farmers co-founder and Red Seal Chef, Elysia Vandenhurk, to discuss some of her favourite culinary creations. And, since the Toronto area is more of a sprawling metropolis than farmland, Elysia was also able to offer some tips for growing your own crops, i.e. urban farming, which is becoming a growing trend.
